University of Minnesota Research Associate and FoodSHIELD Education Coordinator, Jennifer Pierquet, is presenting at this year's National Environmental Health Association conference.

Ms. Pierquet's presentation, "Taking Out the Garbage: Suggestions on Improving Food Protection and Defense Education and Training," will be given on Tuesday, June 24, at 9:30 AM in the Lecture Hall. While the research being presented was not conducted through FoodSHIELD, its findings are helping shape how FoodSHIELD delivers education and training material to its members and the public.

NEHA's 72nd Annual Educational Conference & Exhibition is being held June 22 - 25 in Tucson, Arizona.
