Assessing Food Safety Culture in a Preventive Controls Environment
Join to hear our FDA senior leaders’ goals for key FSMA implementation principles related to Preventive Controls (PC) inspection approaches. The PC regulation provisions are framed around a systems thinking approach that is informed by both tangibles (records review e.g., food safety plan review) and intangibles (observations and discussions with employees).
You can join the session virtually using the Adobe Connect webcast or come to the auditorium (1A-003) in the Harvey Wiley Bldg. If you are in College Park, we encourage you to come to the Auditorium, where Dr. Susan Mayne will speak, along with Joann Givens, Food and Feed Program Director, ORA, and Christopher J. Neugent, President and CEO, Post Consumer Brands. Sign up for the November 12 event to hear industry and FDA leadership representatives compare food safety culture pre- and post-PC Rules.
